After a terrible experience with Mission House, we sent my dad here for hospice (under Sutter Hospice care). This nursing facility was probably the best of the lot that we have seen – cute building, good location, etc. They even have a little garden and a bunny!

What really set this place apart was just the care from the staff. My mom was present for my dad’s last moments and the staff were not only kind and helpful, they just genuinely showed empathy and support for my mom. There are so many people to thank – from the night shift staff to the social workers to the cleaning staff – my mom is truly thankful to the Carlmont Gardens team in the last last few days of my dad’s life.

I wasn’t there when he passed but we did visit a week later to pick up my dad’s belongings. When I tell you that everyone greeted my mom and comforted her… I truly can’t express how much it means to me that she was not alone that night. You can always tell by the way staff members hugged my mom during that visit.

Our 96 year old aunt moved into this wonderful facility in August 2022 and has been extremely happy. She is bedridden and in her prior care home she was in her room at all times. At Carlmont Gardens they invited her to join in their activities program and take her into the community room which she really enjoys. They also offer her weekly communion as she is a devout Catholic. She loves the care providers and raves about the food. Thank you to the fantastic staff for making this a special home for our auntie!

My 86 year old cousin Bill wants everyone to know this place is great. The staff is kind, lives his own room and the food is delicious! Thank you Carlton for making this experience so special for him.

Very convenient location with their own designated parking spaces, the place is kept clean and organized.
